Noel D Bernard

Director of Operations for Quality Security Global Services Inc. In this role, he provides guidance, strategic direction and handles major accounts across the Tri-State. As director, following QSGS’s best practices approach to security services—he is responsible for upgrading and administering to the company’s state-of-the-art security operations center, including with respect to command operations, new security technologies, integrated functionalities, and client responsiveness.

 

With several year’s experience in the security field, Mr. Bernard’s background includes sales, business development, risk management, quality assurance and contract negotiation. He continues to further his education in Business management and Homeland Security while being an active Board Member of numerous Organizations and Foundations.

Chairman of Quality Security Services has been in the Security Field for 29 years. He is a K9 Explosive and Narcotics Instructor in addition to a firearm Instructor. He has obtained the following Certifications: Fire Safety Director, Fire and Burglar Alarms ,Emergency Action Director, Certified rifle, shotgun, pistol instructor ,Canine handler instructor, Certified Alarm technician ,Intrusion, Fire, CCTV, Access control, IP Cameras, CPR and First Aid. He has done work for API Investigation Services and Astoria Federal Bank. 

 

James Scott

General Manager has been in the Civil Service field for 26 years. During these years of excellent service he has obtained Certificates issued by the NYC Fire Department, G35 to operate air compressors and P99 low pressure oil burner. In addition he has studied USA ATEMI AIKI JU JITSU DOJO, Martial Arts for 30 years, 10th Degree Black belt, Red belt and World Champion. Mr. Scott is a Martial Arts Instructor and has obtained a 5th Degree Black Belt and is an inductee of the Madison Square Garden Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
